Job summary

Actalent is seeking a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to analyze data and develop CAD models for heavy machinery, optimizing design and performance. The role blends data-driven design with practical prototyping and fabrication activities in a dynamic work environment.

You will oversee projects from initial design and prototype testing through to commercial launch, balancing desk work with on-site assembly and testing on heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in CAD tools like SolidWorks.
• Knowledge of FEA, hydraulics, and fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and develop CAD models to optimize the design and performance of heavy machinery.
