The role emphasizes deep mechanical expertise, proven experience in drilling operations, and a track record of delivering durable, field-ready solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of engineering experience, with focus on research, testing or product design.
• Experience with oil & gas equipment, materials, and field applications.

Responsibilities

• Technology Innovation: Research and develop new tools for Oil & Gas industry.
• Prototyping & Testing: Build and test experimental prototypes for durability under extreme conditions.
• Data Analysis: Analyze lab tests, field trials, and simulations to refine performance.
• Material Evaluation: Investigate advanced materials and coatings for lifespan extension.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure designs meet API/ISO and environmental standards.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with reservoir engineers and field teams to deploy concepts.
