Job summary

Amcor Flexibles, LLC seeks a Portfolio & Project Manager to oversee a regional project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategy and delivery across markets. You will report on metrics and drive governance to support global R&D initiatives.

In a highly matrixed environment, you will coordinate with R&D, finance, operations, and business units, lead stage-gate execution, and push for standardized dashboards and efficient resource use.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree or Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience with portfolio and project management in packaging/manufacturing preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong communication in a global matrix.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead implementation of stage gate process with governance across functions and tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve prioritization and execution.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Drive standardization of dashboards and reporting across global teams.
