Amcor seeks a Portfolio & Project Manager to oversee a regional project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and robust governance. The role requires coordinating with R&D, finance, and operations across geographies to deliver value-driven projects.

Success relies on strong communication, global/matrix collaboration, and expertise in PM practices to balance short-term delivery with long-term innovation in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Master's degree or Project Management certification is a plus.
• Experience with portfolio and project management in packaging/manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Lead planning, execution, and governance across functions to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with product development, supply chain, sales and finance.
• Identify risks, mitigate issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Standardize dashboards and reporting across global teams.
