Job summary
Amcor is seeking a Portfolio & Project Manager to oversee the regional project portfolio, align with strategic goals, and drive value across geographies. You will coordinate R&D, supply chain, finance and operations to ensure delivery against milestones and budgets.
In a highly matrixed, global environment, you will establish governance, standardize dashboards, and lead cross-functional teams to accelerate speed to market while maintaining quality and cost controls.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree or Project Management certification is a plus.
- Experience with portfolio and project management, preferably in packaging or manufacturing.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, SharePoint, MS Project; SAP, Wrike and Power BI are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive portfolio of projects across regions.
- Prioritize projects based on business impact, resources, and market needs.
- Monitor portfolio performance and report insights; identify improvements.
- Standardize dashboards and reporting across global teams.
- Lead governance for the stage-gate process and training for regions.
