Job summary

HORIBA Semiconductor's North American team in Reno, NV seeks an R&D Coordinator to manage administrative duties and support R&D initiatives at the Reno Technology Center. You will help coordinate export control, budget forecasting, and KPI tracking across projects, while maintaining Jira and Confluence documentation and supporting the patent team.

The role requires collaboration with international teams, strong MS Office skills, and familiarity with Atlassian tools.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating administrative duties in a high tech environment.
• Degree in related field preferred (AA/AS/BA/BS).
• Familiarity with R&D processes and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate export control and document classifications.
• Interface with R&D for budget forecasting.
• Assist in creating/tracking R&D JIRA tasks and KPI’s.
• Maintain R&D KPI’s in JIRA and Confluence.
• Support Global R&D meetings and document new materials and best practices.
• Assist patent team with invention disclosures and patent tracking.
• Administer Confluence Wiki and Jira instances.
• Other duties as assigned.
