HORIBA Instruments invites applicants for an R&D Coordinator at our Reno Technology Center to support the North American Semiconductor group. You will develop correspondence, track engineering progress and cost reports, and manage various administrative duties to support R&D initiatives.

You will interface with the R&D team for budget forecasting, coordinate export controls, document JIRA tasks, and help organize Confluence and Jira activities while assisting patent teams and global meetings

Qualifications

• Two years’ related experience in a high technology engineering/research environment preferred.
• Degree in related field preferred (AA, AS, BA, BS).
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate export control and document classifications.
• Interface with R&D team for budget forecasting.
• Assist in creating, tracking and status of R&D JIRA related tasks.
• Create and maintain R&D KPI’s in JIRA and Confluence.
• Assist with coordination of Global R&D meetings and document new materials, procedures and best practices for Global R&D Team.
• Assist Global R&D patent team with invention disclosures, patent tracking and correspondence with US patent attorneys and/or paralegals.
• Help administer and organize Confluence Wiki and Jira instances.
• Other duties as assigned.
