Job summary

Delta Faucet Company in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced R&D Lead Systems Architect to drive the development of innovative products and capabilities. You will lead design efforts, collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and marketing, and steward advanced technologies from concept through to production.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and ensure compliance with codes and standards while pursuing breakthrough solutions that align with our business

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of design and/or systems engineering experience.
• Experience with product development processes and CAD/analysis tools (Creo preferred).
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and navigate regulatory constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to the Innovation Pipeline from ideation to definition.
• Design and iterate groundbreaking products and systems with external partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with standards and business goals.
• Guide prototypes, specifications, and technology transfers with marketing and manufacturing.
• Manage multiple complex projects with competing requirements and undefined parameters.
