Delta Faucet Company is seeking an R&D Lead System Architect to drive innovation in water-based products and services. You will shape technology strategies, guide cross-functional teams, and lead design decisions across multiple platforms.

The role emphasizes agile exploration, supplier collaboration, and rigorous standards compliance. With 10+ years in design or systems engineering, you will oversee complex projects, mentor engineers, and ensure timely market-ready solutions while balancing

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of design and/or systems engineering experience.
• Experience with product development processes and challenging projects.
• Experience with multiple aspects of design and execution; IP development a plus.
• Experience with CAD/analysis tools; Creo preferred.
• Familiarity with prototyping (3D printing) and production methods (injection molding, etc.).
• Experience with regulatory constraints, codes and standards.
• Ability to work with multi-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilités

• Participate in the Innovation Pipeline including ideation, exploration, and definition.
• Maintain relationships with other development and sustaining areas.
• Help create new decision maker solutions through product and system development.
• Design and iterate groundbreaking products and services; develop new technologies.
• Work with outside vendors to facilitate efforts.
• Interpret codes and standards; stay current on internal and external standards.
• Lead selection of components, materials and processes.
• Define and execute plans to implement large-scale projects with conflicting requirements.
• Take design responsibility for new products and platforms and share learnings.
• Collaborate with technicians and engineers to build prototypes and transfer tech.
• Work with marketing to refine specs for consumer benefit and cost/time to market.
• Grow external innovation partnerships and define make/buy decisions.
