Delta Faucet Company in Indiana is seeking a Lead System Architect to guide the development of advanced products and systems. You will collaborate with the innovation team to explore new technologies, define architectures, and ensure feasibility from concept to prototype while aligning with business goals.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year engineering degree and 10+ years in design or systems engineering, with CAD/analysis tools (Creo) and prototyping experience.

Qualifications

• IP development experience (patents, IP) is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of design or systems engineering experience.
• Experience with CAD/analysis tools (Creo) and prototyping processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and contribute to the Innovation Pipeline (ideation to definition).
• Lead design of new products and platforms; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Define components, materials and processes to meet specs and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
