Delta Faucet Company seeks a highly experienced R&D Lead System Architect to drive exploration, research, and development of new technologies aligned with business goals. You will lead cross-functional teams to design, prototype, and transfer advanced products and systems, coordinating internal and external partners to accelerate market impact.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of design and/or systems engineering experience in a technical capacity.
• Experience with product development processes and multiple aspects of design and execution.
• Familiarity with 3D printing and production manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Innovation Pipeline including ideation, exploration, and definition.
• Develop groundbreaking products and services and new technologies.
• Work with external and internal entities on codes and standards compliance.
• Define and execute plans for large scale, complex projects with undefined parameters.
• Design responsibility for new products and platforms and support prototyping and tech transfers.
