Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an R&D Lead System Architect to drive exploration and development of advanced products and technologies. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, define scalable architectures, and oversee prototypes with emphasis on quality, cost, and time-to-market.

The role requires strong systems engineering background, CAD proficiency (Creo), and experience with regulatory requirements across product development. This is a full-time position based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related STEM field required.
• 10+ years of design and/or systems engineering experience in a technical capacity.
• Experience with product development processes and prototyping is essential.
• Experience with CAD and analysis tools, Creo preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory constraints, codes and standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Innovation Pipeline including ideation, exploration, and definition.
• Lead design of new products and systems, including selecting components and materials.
• Develop prototypes and coordinate technology transfers with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing to optimize product specs.
