Job summary

Delta Faucet Company is seeking an R&D Lead System Architect to guide innovation from concept to realization. You will work with the technical innovation team to explore new technologies, develop capabilities, and support the strategic vision while ensuring alignment with quality and cost targets.

The role emphasizes designing and prototyping advanced water-related products, collaborating with marketing and external vendors, and driving successful execution across multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• 4-year bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related STEM field.
• 10+ years of design and/or systems engineering experience in a technical capacity.
• Experience with computer aided design and analysis tools; Creo preferred.
• Familiarity with prototyping processes and production manufacturing.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems, DFMEA, GD&T, and DOE.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive innovative exploration, research, and development of new technologies.
• Define and execute large scale, complex projects with conflicting requirements.
• Design and iterate groundbreaking products and systems; enable business opportunities.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams for capabilities alignment.
• Disseminate learnings and support technology transfers across the organization.
