The role focuses on scalable architectures, data security, and enabling data-driven decision making to improve processes and patient impact. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute strategies for enterprise data architecture, integration, and system connectivity across platforms.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of data systems, databases, and integration solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, accessibility, and compliance through governance frameworks and controls.
• Lead initiatives to enhance data storage, performance, scalability, and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver technology-enabled data solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing new technologies or alternative uses of existing systems.
• Establish and maintain data standards, policies, and processes across the organization.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure continuity.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to team members and stakeholders on data strategy and best practices.
