Job summary
Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics R&D team seeks a Manager, Laboratory Systems & Data Platforms to lead business ownership, strategy, and lifecycle management of ELN/LIMS and related data platforms. You will drive roadmaps, governance, and adoption across global R&D laboratories, IT, Quality, and external vendors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7–9 years of related experience or Master's with 5–7 years in a regulated environment.
- Experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlogs.
- Experience with application development, deployment, sustainment, and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the product vision, multi-year roadmap, governance model, and lifecycle strategy for laboratory systems and data platforms.
- Align priorities with R&D objectives and laboratory needs; identify opportunities for harmonization and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Own and govern laboratory applications, manage demand intake, and translate needs into requirements and backlogs.
- Lead release planning, deployment readiness, adoption planning, and value realization for laboratory technologies.
- Shape data governance across cloud and on‑premises storage, retention, and lifecycle management.
