Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Manager, Lab Workflow Systems to lead the Lab Workflow Systems portfolio within Therapeutics Development & Supply. The role oversees global digital lab tools and data strategies across CMC activities.

Based in Malvern, USA or Beerse, Belgium, you will mentor Digital Product Owners, drive governance, and partner with science, quality, and procurement to deliver compliant, scalable laboratory solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, laboratory informatics, or a regulated technology environment.
• Experience leading Digital Product Owners and global teams.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into portfolio priorities and practical decisions.
• Experience with regulated system lifecycles, validation, data integrity, service management, and GMP requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and communicate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Lab Workflow Systems portfolio.
• Lead and mentor a global team of Digital Product Owners.
• Own portfolio-level prioritization, governance and value realization.
• Ensure operational stewardship through lifecycle planning, compliance and audit readiness.
• Partner with scientific, data, quality, validation, architecture, technology, and procurement teams to translate needs into strategies.
