You will collaborate with regional leaders to address day-to-day HR needs and broader workforce priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D leaders to understand workforce priorities and organizational challenges.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of people-related matters.
• Support workforce planning, hiring, organizational changes, and workforce reductions.
• Advise leaders on employee relations, performance concerns, and behavioral issues.
• Support performance management and development discussions.
• Assist with promotions, talent discussions, and lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions as needed.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
