The HR Business Specialistwill serve as a strategic and operational HR partner to R&D organizations across North America, including Powertrain, Solutions & Services, Innovation, and other NA R&D functions. In partnership with the Regional R&D HRBM Lead and Global R&D HR Business Partner, this role will help translate and deploy global HR strategies and initiatives into effective regional execution, aligning HR practices with business priorities, organizational needs, and the local cultural context.
The role will work closely with regional and business leaders and employees to address day-to-day HR needs while contributing to broader workforce and talent priorities, including talent development, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, culture, and workforce planning. The HR Business Partner Specialist will provide trusted HR guidance, strong business partnership, and sound HR judgment across a broad range of employee and organizational matters.
Success in this role requires strong business acumen, the ability to connect global HR direction with regional business needs, and the independence to navigate complex employee and organizational topics in a dynamic R&D environment. The role will collaborate closely with the Regional HR Lead and Global HR Business Partner to ensure consistency, alignment, and effective execution of HR priorities across the region.

The annual salary for this role is USD $74,625.00 - $114,425.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
