Qualifications

• Provide strategic HR leadership to Unit Presidents, leadership teams, managers and employees across North America.
• Administer broad range of HR functions including employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, succession planning, development, performance management, HRIS, recruitment support.
• Identify workforce trends and partner with leaders to develop practical solutions.
• Support workforce reviews, talent planning, and succession discussions for critical roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives and programs to drive organizational effectiveness and improve employee experience.
• Advise on performance management, coaching, and development strategies.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Benefits and HR teams on cross-functional HR activities.
