Ladders is seeking a People Business Partner for Research and Development North America to partner with R&D leaders across North America to shape people strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and support business execution in a regulated, innovation-driven environment. Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Labor Law, Psychology, or a comparable field.
• Fluent in English.
• 10–15 years of professional people and culture experience.
• Strong knowledge of people management processes and digital tools.
• Business-oriented and commercially minded.
• Experience in organizational design and development.
• Structured thinking with strong situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Drive talent management strategies and establish succession plans for R&D roles.
• Advise and guide teams on R&D business strategy execution.
• Manage employee relations and foster trust among stakeholders.
• Advocate and implement the People & Culture agenda across client groups.
• Contribute to strategic workforce planning for all departments in R&D.
• Manage project delivery of R&D people priorities in North America.
• Provide local insights to inform global initiatives and projects.
