Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking an HR Business Specialist to partner with NA R&D teams including Powertrain and Solutions & Services. You will translate global HR strategies into regional actions, aligning priorities with the local context and business needs.

You’ll support day-to-day HR needs, workforce planning, talent processes, and employee relations while collaborating with regional leaders to ensure consistent HR practices across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
• Experience supporting technical, engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or other complex environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with R&D leaders and participate in staff meetings to understand priorities and workforce needs.
• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Support workforce planning and headcount management, including hiring and organizational changes.
• Address employee relations, performance concerns and other HR matters.
• Support performance management processes and development discussions.
• Assist promotions, talent discussions, and key talent processes.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities including recruiting, onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Employee Relations as needed.
