Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a CMMC / FedRAMP Program Manager to lead enterprise-wide compliance initiatives in a largely on-site Washington, DC setting. The role coordinates IT, legal, sourcing, and executive leadership to drive program readiness and external assessments.

You will own day-to-day orchestration, manage gaps/remediation, and drive SSP development and risk dashboards aligned with NIST SP 800-53 milestones, with governance and training components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or cybersecurity.
• 5+ years in program management or government contracting.
• Experience with compliance or information security programs (CMMC/FedRAMP/NIST).

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise CMMC and FedRAMP program rollout and governance.
• Coordinate with IT, legal, sourcing, and leadership; manage assessments.
• Establish scorecards, dashboards, and risk tracking for compliance metrics.
• Oversee SSP development and control implementation with SMEs.
