Job summary

Maverick Power is seeking an experienced R&D Engineering Program Manager to lead cross‑functional teams from concept to commercialization. You will manage multiple complex NPD programs, coordinate with engineering, operations, marketing and sales, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget execution of the innovation roadmap.

The role requires strong project leadership, business acumen, and the ability to translate technical updates into clear financial impacts for executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
• 5+ years of cross‑functional delivery ownership in manufacturing or product development.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; experience with hybrid Stage‑Gate‑Agile.

Responsibilities

• Concurrently lead multiple complex NPD projects from concept through launch.
• Manage programs with new architectures, suppliers, and evolving requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, track deliverables, and drive accountability across departments.
• Develop schedules, budgets, and resource plans; mitigate risks to targets.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, procurement, and marketing to align goals.
