Job summary

Rehlko in the United States is seeking an Engineering Project Coordinator to lead cross‑functional engineering execution from concept to launch, ensuring on‑time delivery of requirements, design outputs, verification and manufacturing readiness.

You will drive integrated plans, manage dependencies, run governance routines, and coach teams through informal leadership to meet milestones while aligning with global product priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering degree strongly preferred (or equivalent).
• 2+ years of project leadership experience in engineering/NPD with measurable results.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in a matrixed, global environment.
• Working knowledge of engineering workflows, requirements/test tracking, change control, and scheduling.
• Willingness to travel internationally; must be authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Engineering Technical & Cross‑Functional Leadership: align engineering disciplines and partners on scope, priorities, and delivery timing; document actions and due dates.
• Engineering Execution & Controls: maintain the integrated master schedule, manage dependencies, and drive readiness reviews; report milestone health and risks.
• Standards & Continuous Improvement: develop and promote Engineering Project Management standards, templates, and playbooks to enable consistent global delivery.
