Job summary
Maverick Power is seeking an experienced Engineering Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams and own the execution of new electrical power products from concept through commercialization. You will drive project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, collaborating across engineering, operations, marketing and sales to ensure timely delivery of our innovation roadmap.
The role demands strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to translate technical updates into actionable
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of cross-functional delivery ownership in manufacturing, product development, or technology with hybrid Stage-Gate-Agile.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Concurrently lead multiple complex NPD projects from concept through launch.
- Own product business cases including cost targets and margins.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards for executive visibility.
- Coordinate between engineering, operations, procurement, and marketing to ensure alignment of goals.
- Identify and implement digital tools to improve program visibility and efficiency.
