Job summary

Jobot in Camarillo, CA is seeking an engineer to develop and scale composite manufacturing processes from R&D to production. You will lead cross-functional projects targeting performance, cost, and sustainability while collaborating with global teams to commercialize new technologies.

The ideal candidate has 0–3 years in design for manufacturing with composites, hands-on processing and testing experience, and familiarity with DOE and tools like ANSYS, SolidWorks, or CATIA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or related Engineering field.
• 0–3 years of design for manufacturing experience; composites experience a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of composite processing, testing, and manufacturing equipment.
• Experience with DOE, process development, and engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, SolidWorks, CATIA or similar).
