Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Engineering Manager to help grow our precision manufacturing operation in Ohio. You will lead cross-functional teams on shop-floor projects, drive process development, and own equipment support to deliver high-reliability components.

This role offers growth from Associate to Principal/Management levels, a hands-on environment, generous benefits, and career advancement in a stable global platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in materials, metals, specialty chemicals, or industrial products.
• Leadership experience in a supervisor or management role.
• Experience supporting production equipment and shop-floor manufacturing environments.
• Strong background in process development, tooling, and industrialization.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Experience supporting or leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams.
