The First Electronics Corporation is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to manage quotations from initial request through order entry. You will coordinate with internal teams to prepare comprehensive quotes, deliver them to customers, and track status until orders are entered into Epicor.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to support the sales process and ensure a seamless flow from inquiry to fulfillment, including handling documentation and production handoffs.

Qualifikationen

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry are required.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Communicate with customers via email regarding new quote requests and status.
• Manage the quotation process from inquiry to final order entry in Epicor.
• Collaborate with Inside/Outside Sales, Engineering, Production Control, and Customer Service to gather information for quotes.
• Serve as central point of contact for internal sales-related admin inquiries.
• Prepare and maintain customer quotations in Epicor, coordinating with pricing and Engineering as needed.
• Track open quotations and follow up to provide timely updates to customers.
• Review finalized orders and coordinate transition from quoting to production.
• Prepare production and Quality Control folders for new orders and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Track status of quotations and communicate requirements to Production and other departments.
