Job summary

Epicor is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to optimize the end-to-end quote-to-order workflow across CRM, CPQ, order management, and licensing tools. You will design data concepts, governance, training curricula, and support models while ensuring data accuracy and process efficiency.

You will collaborate with leadership to deliver analytics, dashboards, and reporting improvements, manage changes, and lead cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM, CPQ, ERP, licensing and entitlement systems.
• Ability to design data concepts, governance and training curricula.
• Proven track record in leading cross-functional change management.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist expertise to team members.
