Job summary

Epicor seeks a Customer Operations Manager to own high-severity billing and quote-to-cash escalations, coordinating across Finance, Revenue Operations, Sales, and back-office teams. You will ensure customer accounts are reconciled, actions completed precisely, and executive visibility maintained throughout resolution.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years’ experience in billing operations, revenue operations, quote-to-cash, or back-office finance environments.
• Deep knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, including CPQ, order management, invoicing, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce as a core operating platform, with understanding of CPQ, ERP, CRM, and billing integrations.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across cross-functional teams in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and meticulous documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive, log, and evaluate high-severity escalations related to billing, invoicing, renewals, and contract discrepancies.
• Own escalated accounts as the primary contact for internal teams and major accounts with executive visibility.
• Apply governance tiers to prioritize escalations and route next steps.
• Coordinate end-to-end account audits across CPQ, Billing, ERP, and Payments systems.
• Drive cross-functional teams to correct errors and remediate accounts.
• Verify agreements, pricing, and billing terms against contracts before closing escalations.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and facilitate monthly process-improvement reviews.
