Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Business Systems, Revenue Ops tech, or related fields with leadership in Quote-to-Cash environments.
• Deep experience with Salesforce/CPQ and ERP, billing, revenue recognition, data governance, and enterprise system architecture.
• Experience leading large-scale implementations, transformation programs, and complex integrations during rapid growth.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Ops, and Leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Quote-to-Cash systems strategy, architecture, roadmap, and operating model across opportunity management, CPQ, pricing, contracts, order management, billing, revenue recognition, collections, renewals, reporting, and analytics.
• Lead strategic direction and continuous improvement of Salesforce and CPQ, including catalogs, bundles, pricing rules, discounts, approvals, amendments, renewals, terms, data governance, integrations, releases, and technical debt.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Accounting to streamline commercial and financial processes, reduce cycle time, automate ASC 606, and improve billing accuracy.
• Design and govern scalable integrations across Salesforce, CPQ, RightRev, ERP, billing, payments, and other platforms, with monitoring, reconciliation, security, controls, and data lineage.
• Lead cross-functional business transformation by eliminating bottlenecks, reducing manual work, applying workflow automation and AI, and establishing KPIs like quote velocity and data quality.
• Develop a multi-year Business Systems roadmap aligned with growth, including playbooks for acquisitions and integration.
