Job summary

Epicor invites a strategic Director of Business Systems to own the Quote-to-Cash technology ecosystem across Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, and revenue platforms. You will drive architecture, governance, and scalable automation to support rapid growth and acquisitions.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to cut quote-to-order cycle times, improve billing accuracy, and enforce data quality with robust controls and analytics. This is a hybrid role in a fast-paced enterprise.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations Technology, or related roles.
• Proven leadership transforming Quote-to-Cash in high-growth organizations.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606 and interlocks across CRM, CPQ, ERP, billing, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash systems strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Lead Salesforce/CPQ optimization, data governance, integrations, and tech debt reduction.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Accounting to streamline processes and automate revenue flows.
• Design scalable integrations across platforms with monitoring, security, and data lineage.
• Build a multi-year Business Systems roadmap aligned with growth and M&A activity.
• Lead a high-performing organization and manage partners, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
