Job summary
Epicor seeks a strategic Director of Business Systems to lead the Quote-to-Cash technology ecosystem across Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, billing, and integrations. Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Business Systems, Revenue Ops, or related.
- Proven success leading Quote-to-Cash in high-growth organizations.
- Deep experience with Salesforce and CPQ, plus ERP and billing knowledge.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience with automation and AI to drive revenue and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end Q2C systems strategy, roadmap, and operating model.
- Lead Salesforce/CPQ direction, catalogs, pricing, discounts, approvals, amendments, renewals, and contracts.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Ops to optimize processes and automate.
- Design scalable integrations across CRM, ERP, billing, and payments.
- Lead business transformation, establish KPIs, and drive data quality.
- Develop a multi-year Business Systems roadmap and manage partners/budgets.
