Job summary

Epicor is seeking a strategic Director of Business Systems to own the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash technology ecosystem. You will lead strategy, architecture, and execution across Salesforce, CPQ, ERP, and billing, driving automated, data-driven processes for rapid growth and potential acquisitions.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Accounting to streamline processes, reduce cycle times, and ensure ASC 606 compliance while coordinating with executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading or transforming Quote-to-Cash environments in high-growth orgs.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ, ERP, billing, revenue recognition and data governance.
• Proven success in large-scale system implementations, process redesign, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own Q2C strategy, architecture, and operating model across opportunity management, pricing, contracting, and order to cash.
• Lead Salesforce/CPQ roadmap, product catalogs, rules, and data governance while managing technical debt.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, and Accounting to streamline processes, reduce cycle times, and improve revenue recognition.
• Design scalable integrations across platforms and establish monitoring, security, and data lineage.
• Drive cross-functional transformation with KPIs like quote velocity, billing accuracy, and data quality.
