Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Quotation Management professional to join the US Services Sales team. You will analyze customer needs, translate requirements into comprehensive quotes, and optimize configurations to deliver technically sound and commercially viable solutions.

You will develop knowledge of service offerings, pricing strategies, and quotation tools, collaborating with sales and operations to validate scope and ensure quote completeness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical distribution products, power systems, or industrial service offerings preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn and navigate Schneider Electric systems such as SE Advantage and Bridge Front Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key partner to the U.S. Services Sales organization by delivering timely, accurate, and competitive service quotations.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of Schneider Electric service offerings, products, pricing strategies, and quotation tools.
• Prepare detailed, high-quality service quotes by translating customer requirements into scopes of work, pricing structures, and solutions.
• Interpret customer specs and project requirements to ensure proposed solutions are sound and commercially viable.
• Collaborate with Services sellers and operations teams to validate scope and ensure quote completeness.
• Use SE Advantage and Bridge Front Office to manage quote requests and track opportunities.
• Support multiple opportunities with timely turnaround and high attention to detail.
• Contribute to a collaborative environment with Sales and Operations teams.
