Zusammenfassung

Power Design is seeking a Quotation Manager to lead the end-to-end quoting process for complex electrical projects. You will review drawings, pricing, and scope to deliver accurate estimates that align with margins and production capabilities.

You will standardize pricing methods, build cost libraries, collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing, and coach a team of estimators to improve speed-to-quote and bid quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred.
• 5-8+ years estimating/quoting in electrical/multi-trade construction or prefab.
• 2+ years leading teams or mentoring estimators/quoting specialists.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing/prep processes and cost structures.
• Proficiency with estimating tools; Oracle Fusion ERP and Autodesk Build a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end quotation process from RFQ intake to submission.
• Review drawings to ensure complete and accurate estimates.
• Develop pricing models: labor, materials, overhead, risk.
• Ensure quotes meet margin targets and financial goals.
• Standardize processes across prefab and manufacturing; build cost libraries.
• Coach estimators; drive faster, more accurate quotes.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing for feasibility and pricing.
