Job summary

LFG Manufacturing Inc is seeking a Quotation Manager to lead the end-to-end quoting function, aligning prices with margins and operational capability. You’ll partner with Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to standardize pricing and speed up quotes.

This hybrid role offers growth, mentorship of estimators, and a chance to shape profitability across prefab and manufacturing projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
5–8+ years in estimating, quoting, or preconstruction within electrical/multi-trade construction and/or prefabrication/specialty manufacturing.
2+ years leading teams or mentoring junior estimators/quoting specialists.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and prefab processes and cost structures.
Proficiency with estimating and productivity tools; experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Autodesk Build is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end quotation process (RFQ intake pricing final submission).
Review drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure complete estimates.
Develop pricing models accounting for labor, materials, overhead and risks.
Standardize quoting processes; improve speed and accuracy.
Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement and Manufacturing to validate feasibility and pricing.
Maintain audit-ready documentation and support bid strategy.
