Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework in business or customer service preferred.
• Experience in customer service, order management, or related roles is preferred.
• Ability to handle routine to moderately complex inquiries with established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine to moderately complex customer inquiries, quotations, and order changes via phone, email, fax, walk-in, and system channels.
• Prepare quotations for standard and non-standard items and relay accurate quote, order, pricing, and lead-time information.
• Use ERP and other systems to retrieve customer data, track requests, and document activity.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, suppliers, purchasing, and accounts receivable to support satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and required documentation, and communicate updates to customers and internal partners.
• Identify recurring issues and share improvement ideas with supervisors or managers.
