Job summary

Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. is seeking a Branch Operations Associate to support counter and phone service while handling warehouse and light production tasks in Anchorage, AK. You will process orders, stock inventory, assemble hoses, and prepare shipments.

The role requires a high school diploma and basic computer skills; Epicor Prophet 21 experience is a plus and forklift certification is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt counter and phone service; respond to inquiries and orders.
• Process sales, quotes, and production orders in the system with accurate paperwork.
• Receive, inspect, stock, and verify incoming products; update system records.
• Build hose assemblies and perform testing/quality checks before release.
• Package, label, shrink-wrap, stage, and ship orders to customers or pickup.
• Support cycle counts and inventory control to prevent damaged stock.
• Operate forklifts and follow safety policies; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
