Qualifications

• High School education or GED with at least 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to read, interpret tariffs, manuals, and safety handbooks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in basic PC tasks and office software.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries in person, by phone, and email regarding rates and procedures.
• Process Bills of Lading, verify information, and enter data.
• Quote rates and book cargo shipments.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and accuracy.
