Job summary

Motion & Flow Control Products Inc. Casper, WY is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle requests for quotes, orders, and lead times.

You will prepare quotations, write orders, and relay information to customers and suppliers while coordinating with departments and the Outside Sales Team. Responsibilities include using ERP systems to check stock and order status, tracking inquiries and orders, and ensuring proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Excellent written & oral communication and strong relationship building skills required.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs.

Responsibilities

• Receive requests for price quotations, purchase orders, changes, and cancellations from domestic customers.
• Prepare quotations on standard and non-standard items and relay information to customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with departments to handle purchase orders and provide service to customers and Outside Sales Team.
• Use ERP systems to retrieve customer and stock information and manage orders.
• Track inquiries, quotations and orders through ERP systems and coordinate with suppliers and warehouse expeditors.
• Ensure documentation is obtained and forwarded to customers; respond timely with good phone selling skills.
