Job summary

Motion & Flow Control Products, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle quotes, orders, and lead times from domestic customers and distributors.

You will prepare quotations, write orders, and relay information to customers and suppliers, coordinating with the Outside Sales Team to ensure service excellence. You will use ERP systems to retrieve customer and stock data, track orders, and communicate changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication, and strong relationship-building skills.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 is a plus.
• Able to work with diverse people and maintain regular attendance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Receive requests for price quotations, purchase orders, changes, adjustments, and cancellations from customers.
• Build rapport with customers and strive to provide the best possible service.
• Support Outside Sales Team and coordinate with other departments.
• Use ERP systems to retrieve customer data, stock status, and order information; input data correctly.
• Track inquiries, quotations and orders through ERP; coordinate with suppliers and warehouse expeditors.
