Job summary

Wendover Art Group seeks a Quotations Analyst to price products accurately, protect margins, and drive profitable quotes. You will analyze materials, labor, processes, and other cost drivers, applying pricing strategies to ensure competitive, profitable outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with Sales, Engineering, and Finance to validate assumptions and deliver precise quotes. This position is based in Largo, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working with data in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, estimating, cost accounting, finance, pricing, engineering, or supply chain is valuable.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving capability.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of costing, pricing, margin, and profitability.
• Ability to interpret product specifications, drawings, or technical information.
• Strong business judgment and ability to evaluate multiple variables.
• High ownership, urgency, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop accurate quotations across Wendover's core, commercial, retail, and custom business.
• Analyze materials, labor, manufacturing processes, finishing, packaging, freight, and other cost drivers to determine true product cost.
• Apply pricing strategies and margin requirements to ensure opportunities are competitive and profitable.
• Understand the difference between cost, price, margin, and profitability and how changes impact the business.
• Review drawings, specifications, product requirements, and customer requests to determine the full scope of a quote.
• Partner with Sales, Creative, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Accounting to validate assumptions and build pricing.
• Analyze alternative materials, construction methods, quantities, and processes to identify cost/margin improvements.
• Maintain pricing accuracy and identify discrepancies before they become financial issues.
• Track quoted versus actual performance to improve costing assumptions and pricing.
• Support complex and high-value opportunities with analysis for strong business decisions.
