Job summary

Central Moloney in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to support the sales process by reviewing and quoting customer requests. You will collaborate with engineering to ensure accuracy before bids are approved and manage the process through PO receipt.

The role requires reading specifications, strong organization, and excellent Excel skills. Office-based in a manufacturing setting with room for growth and training in a tight-knit team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and retain detailed information from sales contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with customer portals and order tracking systems.
• Customer service/relationship experience.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Strong communication skills with ability to compose formal responses to customers via letter writing and email.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer specifications to prepare accurate quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone communication.
• Navigate customer portals for online bids, purchase orders, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for orders and blanket agreements.
• Maintain blanket orders and update escalations in AS400/Syteline and contracts.
• Process purchase orders for system entry.
• Review terms and conditions of spot quotes.
• Assist sales with updates and responses to customer questions.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
