Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Product Sales Specialist in Pine Bluff, AR to support sales workflows from quotation to order entry. You will review customer requests, coordinate with engineering on specifications, and manage bids through approval and PO receipt.

The role emphasizes accuracy, responsiveness, and collaboration within a small, team-based environment. A strong Excel background and customer portal experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with sales support or order processing preferred.
• Ability to read and retain detailed information from contracts and specs.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills; excellent Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer specifications to prepare accurate quotations.
• Provide customer service via email and phone.
• Navigate customer portals for bids and orders.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for PO and blanket agreements.
• Maintain blanket orders and update escalations in AS400/Syteline.
• Process purchase orders for system entry and review terms.
