Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of sales support experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and retain detailed information from sales contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient MS Excel skills.
• Experience with customer portals and order tracking systems.
• Customer service/relationship experience.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Strong communication skills for formal responses via letter and email.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer specifications and prepare accurate quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone communication.
• Navigate customer portals for online bids, purchase orders, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for orders and blanket agreements.
• Maintain blanket orders and update escalations in AS400/Syteline and in contracts.
• Process purchase orders for system entry.
• Review terms and conditions of spot quotes.
• Assist sales with updates and responses to customer questions.
• Maintain organized filing systems and perform other duties as assigned.
