Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to support the sales process by reviewing and quoting customer requests using our internal quoting systems. You will work closely with engineering to evaluate bids and ensure accuracy before submission for approval, then manage the process through purchase order receipt.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of prior sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task; proficient Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer specifications to prepare quotes.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
• Navigate customer portals for bids and purchase orders.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for orders.
• Maintain blanket orders and quarterly escalations in AS400/Syteline.
• Process purchase orders for system entry.
• Review terms of spot quotes.
• Support sales team with inquiries.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
