Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to support the sales process by reviewing customer requests, generating accurate quotations, and coordinating with engineering to ensure bid accuracy through approval and PO receipt. This role may assist with regional or key accounts in a fast-paced team.

The position emphasizes detail orientation, strong Excel skills, and effective communication with customers and internal teams, within an office setting inside a manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of sales support experience preferred.
• Ability to read and retain detailed information from sales contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience with customer portals and order tracking systems.
• Customer service/relationship experience.
• Dedication to providing great customer service.
• Strong communication skills with ability to compose formal responses to customers via letter writing and email.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer specifications to prepare accurate quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
• Navigate customer portals for online bids, purchase orders, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for orders and blanket agreements.
• Maintain blanket orders and quarterly escalations in AS400/Syteline and in contracts.
• Process purchase orders for system entry.
• Review terms and conditions of spot quotes.
• Assist sales with updates and responses to customer questions.
• Maintain organized filing systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
