Job summary

Central Moloney in Pine Bluff, AR seeks a Product Sales Specialist to support the sales process by reviewing customer requests, preparing accurate quotations, and coordinating with engineering to ensure bids are ready for approval.

You will manage the quote-to-order flow, assist with blanket orders and escalations in AS400/Syteline, and provide responsive service to customers via phone and email within a collaborative team in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-3 years of prior sales support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent MS Excel and order-tracking proficiency.
• Ability to read and retain details from sales contracts.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer specifications to prepare accurate quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
• Navigate customer portals for online bids, purchase orders, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for purchase orders and blanket agreements.
• Maintain blanket orders, including updating quarterly escalations in AS400/Syteline as well as manually within the contract.
• Process purchase orders for system entry.
