Job summary

Central Moloney is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to support the sales process by reviewing and quoting customer requests using internal systems. The role collaborates with engineering to ensure accurate bids and manages the process through PO receipt.

This position may support account management for assigned regions in a fast-paced, detail‑oriented team. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of sales support experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with customer portals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of sales support experience preferred.
• Ability to read and retain detailed information from sales contracts.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi‑task.
• Excellent computer skills with advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret customer specifications to prepare accurate quotations.
• Provide excellent customer service via email and phone.
• Navigate customer portals for bids, POs, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering on transformer designs for orders.
• Maintain blanket orders and update escalations in AS400/Syteline.
